Six days until I start the 21DSD. I’m prepping. Yesterday I
went through my cupboards and refrigerator to see what I have already and what I
need to shop for. Meanwhile, I'm eating this week without worrying very much about calories or content.
Today I ate a banana with peanut butter for breakfast, a cherry pecan muffin and coffee for lunch, a honey latte for a snack and chili with a corn muffin for dinner. Oh, and a bowl of ice cream for desert. ;-) Not too bad, but a lot different than it will be next week.
